God Is All Sufficient!

We live in a reality where we realize fiction characters cannot come to our rescue. If I could interview each one of you I would ask the following:

Who is your rock?

Who is your fortress?

Who is your deliverer?

God Is All Sufficient!

We live in a reality where we realize fiction characters cannot come to our rescue. If I could interview each one of you I would ask the following:

Who is your rock?

Who is your fortress?

Who is your deliverer?

Be encouraged to read PS 18 in entirety.  As you read it seems David is our kinfolk in faith as he endured much. He answers the three questions above in verse 2:

The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my

deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

The metaphors David used helps us see God as all sufficient, he is:

– Our Rock,  giving us security Ps 19:14

– Our Fortress, giving us refuge Ps 9:9

– Our Shield (also buckler), protecting us from foes Ps 3:3

– Our  horn of salvation, giving us strength

   Daniel 7:8

Daniel reminds us God’s dominion will not pass away, Daniel 7:14.

And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom.  That all the peoples, nations and men of every language might serve Him.  His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one

which will not be destroyed.

I pray we all keep the faith and take time to ‘THANK GOD’ for his DOMINION, GLORY, KINGDOM and ALL SUFFICIENCY.
