The Bulwark Clause in Our Salvation Plan!

The Holy Spirit ministered this one word to me on Sunday September 18th the day recognized as ‘National Get Back To Church Sunday.’

(Read Isaiah 26)

Isa 26:1 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.

A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing!

For several months now I’ve seen a Pastor return the Church to prayer. And in doing so the presence of God has freewill to order every service. And  Sunday as the Holy Spirit muted man what manifested was the ‘bulwark’ of God. As the King of Kings entered in and the anointing ushered a great reservior of healing:

– souls were saved

– lives were rededicated

– some healed of sickness

– stirring up of spiritual gifts

From the vantage point of salvation, we are blessed beyond measure.

God bestows countless blessings on us as benefits of salvation.

Monday we all observed a nation in grief for  Queen Elizabeth II who reigned 70 years. There were hours of ceremonial respects shared over the week including the retirement of her crown, orbit, and scepter. Animals were trained to revere and the war was put on pause.

Once again I saw the ‘bulwark’ at work for the highlight of the ceremony was the sermon shared by Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.

I agree with a part of the article written by Andrew Roycroft, that says:

My prayer is that God will use the Queen’s funeral sermon, and the reflections that will

inevitably amass around it, to lead many to consider the Queen’s King, the Lord Jesus Christ, and put faith alone in Him. He is our only hope in the face of the judgement the Archbishop mentioned, He is our only Way to God and to forgiveness.

A ‘bulwark’ is also known to be a person who defends, JESUS is our greatest defense!
